It requires 3-phase industrial power. The standard Chinese specification is 380V/50Hz. We customize motors, fans, low-voltage cables and control units to match local voltage and frequency standards worldwide.
1.If there is an authorized local distributor in your region, purchase the machine via them. They will provide installation, training and after-sales service.
2.Without local distributors, we can send technicians for on-site installation & training. All travel expenses (visa, flights, accommodation, meals, other related fees) shall be borne by you, plus a daily technician salary of $100.
3.Self-installation is available. We will supply complete installation & maintenance manuals together with the unit.
We offer Waterjet1000 1-year extended warranty covering the whole machine and all spare parts. Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period, excluding shipping fees. We recommend customers stock basic consumables for routine maintenance; replacement parts will be shipped together with your next order or via cost-effective logistics (excluding DHL).
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
1.Improper operation against manuals or operation under abnormal working conditions that may cause injury or equipment damage.
2.Damages caused by force majeure including war, flood, earthquake, lightning strike and abnormal voltage.
