We are a professional car wash machine manufacturer based in shanghai, China, with 15 years of production experience. Our product range covers touchless car wash machines, gantry reciprocating car wash machines and self-service carwash machines. We also provide customized cleaning equipment for all types of vehicles.

CKL Carwash offers four full lines of commercial car wash equipment, covering Waterjet touchless wash, Contour premium touchless system, Brush automatic washer and tailor-made Custom wash solutions. All our machines are equipped with advanced 3D scanning, heavy-duty high-pressure plunger pump, intelligent IoT monitoring, and support reliable 24-hour unmanned operation for all car wash business projects.
Waterjet Touchless
Our CKL Carwash Waterjet Series commercial touchless car wash machines adopt an advanced 3D scanning system and deliver 360° all-round high-pressure jet rinse at 8–10 MPa, achieving scratch-free deep full vehicle cleaning. We supply complete touchless car wash models from entry-level to high-end specs to fit all commercial business budgets.
Contour Premium
Our premium contour-following touchless car wash machine features an exclusive overhead contour tracking high-pressure cleaning system, with a tight 20cm close wash distance to vehicle bodies. Equipped with a 22KW industrial plunger pump, it generates over 10 MPa powerful water pressure for tough stain removal.
Brush Auto Wash
Our reciprocating brush automatic car wash machines come with accurate vehicle contour recognition, auto chemical mixing function and real-time IoT remote monitoring. This low water consumption car wash system supports stable 24-hour unmanned operation, helping commercial car wash shops cut long-term running costs greatly.

FAQ for CKL Carwash
Warranty Policy of CKL Carwash
CKL Carwash provides a full three-year warranty for all car wash machine models and supporting components from CKL Carwash. Every automated car wash equipment sold by CKL Carwash enjoys unified three-year quality warranty coverage, covering core mechanical parts and electric components of all CKL Carwash car wash systems.
1.If you install CKL Carwash touchless & gantry brush car wash machines alone, we provide free full-process online installation guidance.
2.CKL Carwash can send engineers for on-site installation of all our car wash machines; you bear travel & labor costs, quotation based on actual conditions.
We offer Waterjet1000 1-year extended warranty covering the whole machine and all spare parts. Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period, excluding shipping fees. We recommend customers stock basic consumables for routine maintenance; replacement parts will be shipped together with your next order or via cost-effective logistics (excluding DHL).
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
1.Improper operation against manuals or operation under abnormal working conditions that may cause injury or equipment damage.
2.Damages caused by force majeure including war, flood, earthquake, lightning strike and abnormal voltage.
