1. How many years of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 3-year extended full machine warranty covering all components. Within the warranty period, brand-new replacement parts are provided free of charge for non-human-induced failures. International shipping fees are not included under the warranty policy.
For routine after-sales service, we recommend customers keep basic wearable spare parts in stock. Warranty replacement parts can be delivered together with your next order or shipped via economical logistics channels. DHL express is not used by default.

3. How long does it take to wash one car?
Washing speed varies by machine model. All our car wash machines adopt variable frequency technology, allowing you to independently adjust the running speed of each single washing step according to your needs. Frankly speaking, washing speed is proportional to the cleaning result.
For the Waterjet series, a single equipment cycle normally takes 30 to 50 seconds, and the complete full-process washing procedure takes 5 to 7 minutes for a perfect cleaning effect.
For the rollover series, one full machine cycle takes about 1 minute, and the complete car washing process takes 5 to 8 minutes to achieve an ideal cleaning result.
4. Do you provide installation service?
We provide three flexible equipment installation solutions for global customers.
1. authorized local dealer installation service. If there is an official authorized dealer in the customer’s region, all on-site installation, commissioning, technical training and after-sales support will be fully undertaken by the local dealer.
2. overseas engineer on-site service. Under normal circumstances, we can arrange 1 to 2 professional engineers to complete on-site installation and commissioning, The on-site installation cycle is about 5-7 days for a single Waterjet series machine, and 3-5 days for a standard rollover car wash machine.. The customer shall bear the visa fees, round-trip air tickets, local accommodation and catering expenses, as well as a service allowance of USD 100 per engineer per day.
3.self-installation with remote guidance. For customers capable of self-installation, we provide free detailed installation drawings and full-process online remote guidance. On-site electrical and mechanical technicians are sufficient to complete the installation. Up to now, customers from South Korea, the United States, Suriname, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Argentina and many other countries have successfully completed installation by themselves with stable equipment operation. All machines are fully pre-assembled and tested before delivery. Every component is uniquely marked and corresponds strictly to the installation drawings, greatly reducing installation difficulty.
5. What if the machine breaks down?
After cooperation, we recommend customers to use WeChat. WeChat supports real-time multi-language translation, eliminating all cross-border communication barriers. We will build an exclusive service group for each customer, with dedicated sales staff and factory professional technicians in the group.
When any after-sales problem occurs, customers only need to ensure the equipment is connected to the IoT system. Our technical team can quickly locate the fault cause through the ICOM 2.0 intelligent platform. Then we will send targeted pictures and operation videos via WeChat or other channels to guide you to troubleshoot and solve the problem efficiently.
A complete set of wearable spare parts is delivered together with the machine, including some precise and fragile accessories, which require careful handling during disassembly and replacement. In addition, all equipment components are marked with exclusive colors and digital codes. Even on-site personnel without professional experience can easily complete maintenance and replacement under our remote guidance.

6. How to become a distributor?
We follow a country-oriented distribution policy. For larger countries, we adopt a regional segmented distribution system to support localized market development.
1. General Non-Exclusive Distributor: No strict entry thresholds are required.
2. National Exclusive Distributor: To qualify for exclusive distribution rights, applicants are required to purchase one demo machine for local market promotion and sign an agreement on annual minimum order quantity with our company.

7. What kind of power supply is required for the car wash machine?
The car wash machine requires a 3-phase industrial power supply. We can customize core components such as motors, cables and electrical parts to match your local voltage and frequency standards. You only need to ensure your on-site power capacity meets the machine’s total power requirement.
8. What do I need to prepare before installing the machine?
Pre-installation Basic Requirements
Three-phase industrial power supply is required, with power capacity matching your purchased machine model.
Equipped with a 2000L water tank, ensuring the water source is fully connected and available.
Air compressor required: air displacement ≥ 0.67 m³/min with stable working pressure ≥ 0.8 MPa.
The concrete floor thickness must be no less than 20 cm. For the Waterjet series, pour 6 concrete support columns to fix the machine frame if the floor thickness is insufficient. For rollover car wash machines, pour two reinforced concrete strips with qualified thickness specifically for the track laying area if the existing floor fails to meet the standard. The floor level error must be within 3 cm.

Our equipment is shipped via sea container and supports multiple international trade terms including EXW, FOB and CIF. The sea freight cost for a single unit ranges from USD 500 to USD 1000, varying according to the destination port. All shipments depart from Shanghai Port by default.
10. What is the lead time of CKL CARWASH?
For standard machines compatible with China’s 380V/50Hz power supply, the production lead time is only 7–10 days for long-term cooperative customers. For customized equipment with non-standard voltage and frequency specifications, the production period will be extended by 30 days.
